“I first joined Manassen in February 2014 as the Finance Manager, in mid-2017 I took up an opportunity with an International Fashion Retailer as their Financial Controller.  When the prospect of returning to Manassen Foods arose in July this year, I jumped at the chance to return to an environment that is supportive and stimulating.  As the Commercial Finance Manager, the position enables me the opportunity to business partner across the organisation as well as be part of a strong Finance Team. For me it’s a long term decision and I wanted to be in a high performing culture, a successful and mature business with strong leaders and like-minded people who I consider my friends and mentors.

When asked how would he describe the best challenge in his position, Luke talked about being stretched across many aspects of the business which is ever changing and adapting to the market and environment, “for example one day I can work on sales, the other supply chain, the other pure accounting.
