A deliciously tangy soured cream that has a thick velvety texture. Tatua Crème Fraîche is made from freshly cultured cream and has a long shelf life. The flavour profile is somewhere between yoghurt and sour cream, but is richer and has a creamier texture. We like using it as a dip for a fresh fruit plate, rolling it into crêpes with fruit preserves, or spreading it into a tart and nestling fresh fruit pieces on top.

Dairy Whip is 20% lower in fat than regular liquid fresh cream, and even less when compared to whipped cream. Great to have in the fridge so you can always have cream on hand for any occasion. For best results, serve immediately.
